About this nanny job

Looking for a full-time nanny (min. 8am-5pm M-F, with potential for more if interested) to start some time in the new year -- flexible start date, ideally by Feb but open to earlier/later! I'm a SAHM with a husband that works/travels a lot, so I'm solo most of the time. We have a 4 year old, 15 month old, and TWINS on the way due in May. Looking for a full time nanny to primarily tag team the younger 3 with me to divide and conquer between newborns, and activities for my middle. My oldest is in school most of the day that I'll handle pick up/drop off, but need a home base nanny for the littles. Nanny would not be alone all day every day with all 3 littles. We are a very fun and loving family with lots of energy and looking for a nanny to really be part of our family for the next few years, not a short term job.
