About this nanny job

We are looking for a nanny to take care of our two children, a 3 year old girl and 3 month old boy. Both kiddos have easy temperaments, our toddler doesn’t have a lot of tantrums and the baby is happy to just be held and fed. Our daughter has a speech delay so we prefer someone who is fluent in English and enthusiastic about helping her practice her speech skills learned in speech therapy. We encourage mindfulness (like deep breathing, for example) and like when the kids are taken out in the city (playgrounds, museums, zoo/aquarium) and are happy for whoever is working with them to take them to play dates etc. Dad is a real estate agent so in and out of the house throughout the day, and mom is a nurse working in hospital administration so works remotely twice per week.
