About this nanny job

I am seeking someone to pick up and watch my child after childcare hours (5:30) until I get home, which I hope won't be long after. I picked up a job as a police officer and need someone flexible as my schedule might change abruptly. I will work a 10-hour shift and I am willing to pay the right person to take care of my little girl, this is 2 hours a day (give or take) 4 days a week.
