🌟 Tutor/Babysitter Opportunity for a 2-Year-Old 🌟 We are seeking an experienced and nurturing individual to serve as a tutor/babysitter for a 2-year-old child. This position involves conducting interactive and developmental workshop sessions at the family’s home. The ideal candidate will have a background in early childhood education, ideally as a retired teacher or someone experienced in teaching young children. We are open to having more than one person for this role, depending on areas of specialization (e.g., language development, motor skills, creativity). Responsibilities: - Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate educational activities. - Facilitate hands-on workshops focused on early development (e.g., language, motor skills, creativity). - Create a nurturing and stimulating environment to encourage learning. - Monitor and track the child’s developmental progress. - Ensure a safe and caring atmosphere during each session. Qualifications: - Previous experience in early childhood education or tutoring young children. - Ideally a retired teacher or someone with extensive teaching experience. - Strong communication skills and a gentle, patient approach. - Ability to develop a structured but flexible learning plan. - Comfortable working in a home setting. - Specialization in key areas of development (preferred but not required). Schedule: Flexible, depending on availability, with sessions to be held at the family’s home.
