About this nanny job

We are in early stages of looking for child care. This is our first child. We are nervous but also in need to find someone soon. Our son is 8 months old. He is very easy to be around and care for once a relationship is established. He is very clingy so the first couple of days might be hard. He is very schedule based. We are looking for for someone who is patient and follows our guided plan. We need someone who can feed him, changing diapers, play with him and his toys. And help put him down for nap every few hours. He’s such a happy baby. We just want someone who will keep him safe and really follow our plan while also building a relationship with him so he feels more comfortable
