About this nanny job

I am a mom of 4 who just re-entered the work force and am needing help with my children. I have a 1 and 2 year old from 1pm to 5pm and pick up my older 2 from school at 3:40pm, which is 3 minutes away from my apartment. I would need someone to watch all the kids until 5pm. Snack will be provided as well as lunch if needed. The sitter is welcome to whatever we might have in stock.
