Hello, my name is Joy. My husband and I have a 4-year old daughter who is intellectually curious, physically active, and socially engaging. We both work from home, so we need someone to care for our daughter after school. While prior experience is important, we're really looking for a kind soul who truly loves children and is passionate about helping our daughter become the best version of herself. She wants to do all the things - if this gets you excited, you're probably a good fit! Responsibilities: -fully engaged during working hours (i.e., phone's away unless work-related) -communicate about how things are going -plan activities (educational, athletic, social) -pick up from pre-school -drive to lessons (soccer, swimming, etc.) -prepare lunch & snacks -clean up after eating & playing -must be authorized to work in the US legally -run errands (occasionally) -help with school events (occasionally) Qualifications: -must love children -be on time, reliable & trustworthy -be active outdoors (sports, hiking, etc.) -CPR & first aid -bilingual (optional) Required: Mon-Fri noon-5:00PM Optional: Friday - flexible
