About this nanny job

We have two girls — one who is turning 3 in Dec and one who is turning 6 months this week. We do have another nanny as well but the two girls are on totally different schedules and have different activities for the bulk of the day, so we have a need for two full-time nannies for the next year. My current nanny is more of a career nanny (20+ years of work experience starting with babies). So I'd love to complement her skillset with someone who has more of a daycare teacher / preschool teaching assistant background and could take over more for my elder daughter (but who wouldn't be a deer in the headlights about a baby) -- taking her to and from activities and school, doing little projects and crafts with her during free time, taking her to the playground, and also being a set of helping hands around the home (e.g., errands, emptying/loading dishwasher if needed, folding kids' clothes from laundry, running kids' laundry) when there is down time during nap time. We are looking for roughly 40-50 hours per week and would love someone who could be flexible to stick around occasionally in the evenings and travel with us once or twice a year.
