About this babysitting job

Hi ladies. My husband and I are going on a quick 3 night cruise and need a sitter. Our two oldest are pretty self-sufficient. They have their evening chores and weekend chores and help with the little ones. The care needed would mostly be for our 7, 4, and 2 year old. No disabilities. No behavior issues. We have a large home and will supply food (a plus if you can cook). We are looking for a long-term sitter, one who has experience, can be trusted, and ultimately become part of our family. We have no family in Georgia so we would love the help with our kiddos for date nights and vacations that our children are not coming with us on. If you could do a price for the entire time instead of hourly, that would be great, and we could come to an agreement. We would be leaving Halloween night (Friday) around 11pm after we've taken our liddo ones trick-or-treating in the neighborhood. Our cruise returns back Monday, November 4th early in the morning, but we would need time to commute back home which most likely be a bus (7-8hours) unless we decide to fly.
