About this nanny job

My husband and I are shopping for our future nanny. I will eventually be returning to work and we will need a kind, honest, dependable person to watch over our child while we are working. I'm currently 3 months pregnant now. The baby will be due around mid April and we will care for the child on our own for about 1.5 months or so. Then we will definitely need help. We are both older and this was an unexpected/ miracle pregnancy. I hope to find a true professional that our little one can bond and grow with. Pay can be negotiable and you will be treated well.
