About this babysitting job
Looking to build a long term sitter relationship for recurring monthly date nights and occasional overnight weekend coverage. The start date is currently the evening of 10/19. We have a 5 year old girl and a 2.5 year old boy. Our kids are bright, social, and well adjusted little helpers who enjoy arts and crafts, story time, cooking together, biking in our cul-de-sac, and imaginative play in their playroom. We are seeking a caretaker with a college degree and career interest in childcare or child development. In our home we practice many Montessori and RIE methods. We value respect and autonomy above all, and we let those values guide our day to day parenting. We feel we have a lot to offer as an employer and we strive to build long term relationships centered on open two-way communication and transparency, coupled with great perks and pay.
