Part-Time to Full-Time Nanny needed for a family in Caughlin Ranch Area! Start Date: ASAP The family you will be supporting is looking for a super nanny for a 2-year-old boy. This role will start out as Part-Time, 3 days/week and transition into Full-Time. The family is looking for someone who understands the many moods and needs of toddlers, who is patient and can comfortably address his needs. The ideal candidate will ensure he is on top of all child development milestones and encourages educational activities while still making it fun. In addition, the family is passionate about having an active toddler who enjoys spending time outdoors. Lastly, the right person for this role would be proactive, calm, friendly, engaging and looking to make this a long-term career. Responsibilities and Expectations: -Supervise and interact with the child in a safe, positive, and nurturing manner. -Implement child development skills. -Perform a variety of tasks for the parents and child: • Wake up and dress him • Tidy up room – organize and clean up toys and clothes • Track when growing out of clothes • Audit and notify parents when the supplies in his bedroom are getting low (diapers, wipes, powder, etc.) • Cook/prepare breakfast and lunch -Occasional domestic and international travel. Most of this role will be in Reno, NV; however, the family you will support likes to travel to their San Diego, CA home often, and sleeping accommodations will be provided at their guest house there. Schedule: Part-Time Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with occasional weekends Full-Time Days: Monday-Friday with occasional weekends Start Time: 8:00am End Time: 5:00pm with flexibility to stay longer Requirements: -Previous experience with toddlers -Strong understanding of development milestones -Valid driver’s license and Valid US passport -Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED Certified -Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Education: -High school diploma
