About Us: We are a loving, down-to-earth family in the Oak Grove and North Druid Hills neighborhoods of Atlanta. We’re seeking a kind, professional, and reliable nanny to care for our children starting December 12. Our family includes a polite, curious 5-year-old in kindergarten and a sweet 3-month-old baby. Position Details: Start Date: December 12 Schedule: 35-45 hours per week, typically 8:00 am - 5:30 pm on weekdays. Flexibility is required due to one parent’s unpredictable work schedule. Overnight Care: Occasionally needed for the mother’s work travel (3-4 days/month), with additional compensation. This is not a requirement. Location: Oak Grove and North Druid Hills neighborhoods in Atlanta Compensation Package: Salary: Competitive and paid bi-weekly, with performance-based bonuses. Paid Time Off: 10 days of PTO annually, with a preference for two weeks’ notice when PTO is anticipated. Paid Holidays: 10 paid holidays annually. Overtime Pay: To be discussed during the interview process. Responsibilities: Infant Care: Feeding, diaper changes, naps, and engaging activities for our 3-month-old. Kindergartner Support: Pack lunch and breakfast for school. Walk two blocks for after-school pickup, with occasional driving for activities. Help with homework and manage permission slips or other school responsibilities. Household Duties: Family laundry, loading/unloading the dishwasher, organizing children’s toys, and maintaining a clean kitchen. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience with infants and young children, with references. CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain. Non-smoker with reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Willing to undergo a background check.
