About this nanny job

I am in search of a new nanny for my current 7 month old daughter. Currently need someone M-Thur 8:30-4:30, and in the new year I will need someone M-F 8:30-3pm so about 32 hours a week. I am looking for someone with a lot of infant experience. Bottle feeding, transitioning to solids, baby proofing, safety practices, supporting development milestones, diaper changing, sleep schedules. Must be ok with pets, I have friendly hypoallergenic mini-golden doodle who also loves attention :)
