About this nanny job

My son is on the autism spectrum so he is hyperactive active and mostly nonverbal, this will be the first time since he was born that he will be away from me, so I need someone with the upmost patience, love and care. I want someone that is and have dealt with children on the spectrum, have to be kind, sweet, and know how to be direct and stern without being mean. It would be a plus if you speak Spanish I'm trying to get him to learn so it would be helpful to be able to speak English and Spanish
