About this nanny job

I work at a hospital, and take on call specific days. I am on call one night every week and 1 weekend once a month (days and nights). I need a nanny to help pick kids up and watch them while I am taking call. Some days I will be home, some days I will not. Need someone that is dedicated to certain days/nights and be flexible. May only be 1 child some nights and family helps some nights if cannot commit to every week or the weekend needed. More hours can be added with other occasional jobs
