About this nanny job

My name is Joy. My husband and I have a 4-year old daughter who is intellectually curious, physically active and socially engaging. We both work from home, so we need someone to care for our daughter after school. While prior experience is important, we're really looking for a kind soul who truly loves children and is passionate about helping our daughter become the best version of herself. She wants to do all the things - if this gets you excited, you are probably a good fit. Qualifications - must love children - be on time, reliable and trustworthy - be active outdoors (sports, hiking, etc) - mut have a car - must be authorized to work in the US legally - CPR & first aid - bilingual (optional) Responsibilities - fully engaged during work hours (i.e., phone's away unless work related) - communicate about how things are going - plan activities (educational, athletic, social) - pick up from pre-school - drive to lessons (soccer, swimming, dancing etc) - prepare lunch and snacks - clean up after eating and playing - run errands (occasionally) - help with school events (occasionally)
