**Part-Time Nanny Needed for 3-Month-Old Boy (Tues-Thurs, 8 AM - 5 PM)** We are a loving family seeking an experienced, caring, and reliable part-time nanny to care for our sweet 3-month-old baby boy. This position is for approximately 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Would prefer someone who is able to remain flexible with the hours, happy to discuss different weekly schedule for the right fit! **About Us:** We are located in La Canada Flintridge. Dad works in construction. Mom is a behavior analyst and works from home 50% of the time but has a variable schedule and will be in and out of the house. We’re looking for someone who can work independently while also being comfortable with a parent occasionally at home. ***Must be dog-friendly!!! We have a large, friendly, hypo-allergenic labradoodle!” ### **Responsibilities**: The nanny's primary focus will be providing attentive, nurturing care for our baby. Responsibilities include: - **Infant Care:** Feeding, diaper changes, burping, soothing, and managing naps. - **Developmental Support:** Engaging the baby with age-appropriate activities to encourage sensory and motor development. - **Daily Routine:** Following a consistent schedule for feeding, sleeping, and playtime. - **Light Household Tasks:** Cleaning bottles and pump parts, baby laundry, and maintaining a tidy environment in areas used by the baby. - **Communication:** Updating parents on baby's progress, feedings, and any concerns. ### **What We’re Looking For:** - **Experience with Infants:** At least 2 years of experience caring for infants and knowledge of age-appropriate care. - **CPR/First Aid Certified**: Must have or be willing to obtain certification. - **Reliable and Flexible:** Able to adapt to mom’s variable schedule and manage responsibilities independently. - **Loving and Patient:** Someone who enjoys bonding with babies and has a calm, soothing demeanor. -**Transportation:** Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record. -**Background Check:** Must be willing to undergo a background check. ### **Compensation:** Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
