About this babysitting job

We are looking for a reliable and responsible babysitter to watch our children for occasional date nights and emergency sitting. Our ideal candidate will be someone we can trust and rely on for both planned outings and last-minute needs. Key Responsibilities: - Watch our children for a couple of hours, typically in the evening, with an emphasis on ensuring they are in bed before 9 pm. - Follow our children's bedtime routine (which we will provide when selected) and encourage them to express their emotions and communicate when they feel tired or would like to take a bath. - Ensure our children are snuggled in bed by 9 pm and that everything is calm and settled by the time we return home at 11 pm. - Provide care and attention while also respecting their independence, as they are old enough to guide you through their routine and schedules. Requirements: Reliable Transportation: If there are occasional day sitting requests, having your own transportation is essential. Clear Communication: We value timely, clear communication. If you are unable to attend a sitting, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can make alternate arrangements. Experience and Trustworthiness: Previous babysitting experience is preferred, especially with children of similar age. We need someone who we can trust to ensure the safety, well-being, and happiness of our children. Availability for Date Nights & Emergencies: Most requests will be in the evening, but there may be occasional day requests. We ask that you be available for both planned and emergency sittings.
