About this nanny job

I have a very funny, kind, emotionally intelligent and active 3 year old that I need help supporting a few times a week starting late January. I am going to be having a 2nd boy in a couple of weeks and scheduling a c section. My recovery is going to be a bit rough and as wonderful as my little pumpkin is, he won’t be as patient with me when he realizes I can’t play and be as crazy as I have been. He is super active, I mean he just goes forever, absolutely no off button! He loves activities and would thrive with anyone who can give him 100% of their attention. He’s very emotionally in tune and can verbalize when things aren’t okay. We are a gentle parenting (authoritative parenting) household so we try hard to connect before we correct. I will be home during the time you are with him, I may spend it in the nursery with our new little one resting or in the living room while you play in our backyard or local school that is 1-2 minutes from our driveway that has a playground. I am looking for 3 days a week, no more than 3-4 hours a day. Snacks and meals will be taken care of, he is potty trained and it’s a hit or miss if he naps. Naps past 1pm are not good so we work to keep him busy until about 6:30pm for bedtime to prevent any meltdowns in case he skips one, but it’s not perfect!
