About this nanny job

We work from home so we will be around. Hoping for someone who can nurture my sons confidence, curiosity, and making positive connections with people. Right now (8 months) he’s eating purée but we’re interested in transitioning to more solid food soon. It would be good if you have experience making different healthy baby food. We haven’t given him any of the store bought foods yet. Lastly, my work schedule is occasionally delayed 2 hours but my company is good about giving a week or so advance notice of the next months schedule.
