About this nanny job

We are seeking a reliable and nurturing long-term nanny to care for two infants (4 months and 5 months) as part of a nanny share. The position is full-time (M-F) with at least 8 hours per day. The children will be co-located on a daily basis, but alternating between the two homes located just down the street from each other. There will be support from parents in terms of providing milk (breast and potentially formula), toys, and snacks (when age appropriate). Responsibilities: Bottle feeding Changing diapers Engaging in age-appropriate play activities with the baby Handling baby laundry Walking the babies in a stroller Taking babies to parent-approved age appropriate activities (music class, etc.) Qualifications: Proven experience as a nanny or childcare provider Proven experience with same-aged multiples Current CPR and first aid certification Knowledge of early childhood developmental stages Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with parents Strong organizational skills and ability to establish routines and track the baby's sleep, feeding, diaper changes, and play
