My wife and I have a wonderful 4 month old, and we're returning to work in February. We're interested in finding a full time caretaker to take care of our son starting February 3rd. There's two notes of importance: 1. Ideally, we're looking for a nanny share with one other family. We're open to hiring someone full time if necessary just for us but long term we'd want to find the right partner family and have the nanny take care of the two kids for budget reasons. 2. We'd like this to be a long term relationship in the 12-18 month range! If that's not aligned with your plans, that's okay! We have a very friendly dog in the house so if a provider is in our house they should be comfortable with dogs. The dog is very friendly though and trained.Nanny job details
