About this nanny job

We are a Christian family searching for a nurturing and experienced nanny for our two boys (7 months and 2. 5 years old) on Tuesdays through Fridays, starting Feb 4, 2025 in the San Jose Willow Glen area. Our ideal nanny will have 5+ years of experience, including at least 1 year of caring for infants, and will need to be organized, flexible, and must be open to partnering with WFH parents. The nanny's responsibilities will primarily center around caring for the children but will also include light housework related to the children. Must be CPR certified and non-smoking. Must be okay with a small hypoallergenic dog on premise. Mandarin-speaking is a plus. We offer with 32 guaranteed hours a week, 10 federal holidays, and 5 sick and 10 accrued vacation days. A prospective employment contract can be provided upon request.
