Key Responsibilities: • Provide nurturing care, including feeding, diapering, and engaging in age-appropriate activities. • Support developmental milestones through play, reading, and interactive activities. • Maintain a consistent daily routine for naps, meals, and play. • Assist with light childcare-related housekeeping (e.g., tidying, laundry, meal prep). • Communicate regularly with the family about the child’s progress and needs. • Adapt to occasional schedule changes and evolving family needs. Qualifications: • Infant care experience with early childhood knowledge. • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain). • Strong communication, reliability, and a nurturing personality. • Flexible and collaborative with working families.
