About this nanny job

We are looking for a full-time nanny (30-40 hours/week) for our daughter who is about to turn 2 years old. We live on the West side (near Brentwood). We are looking for someone kind and caring who will enjoy spending time with and taking care of our daughter. Responsibilities include: * Feeding, preparing meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks, help prep dinner) * Taking her to the park, walking 1 mile to the park with her in the stroller * Playing, creating activities * Cleaning up, tidying * Walks * Naps, diapers * Generally taking care of her throughout the day Our proposed schedule would be Monday -Friday 8am-4:30pm. I (Mom) work from home three days per week. We request some flexibility as the schedule may vary a bit depending on the week. Some days may start at 7:30am, some days may end 5pm. A few other questions for you: * What is your hourly rate? * Do you drive? We are not expecting you to drive our daughter, unless in the case of an emergency. * Do you have references available?
