About this nanny job

I'm looking for a sitter who will take good care of my son,he's alittle autistic but he's a sweet kid, someone who's gonna play with him and feed him, someone who is not gonna sit on their phone needing me to tell them what they need to do. And to help with potty training. And be ok with doing 30 for one day 40 for 2 days and 60 for 3 days. I don't make alot of money and I need a sitter
