Schedule: Flexible hours, Monday to Friday (Typically 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, with occasional variations) Compensation: Hourly Rate About Us: We’re a busy family with two fun and energetic kids, ages 7 and 10, looking for a responsible, reliable, and engaging after-school sitter. This position is perfect for someone who values flexibility and enjoys helping kids wind down after their school day, guiding them to activities, and making their afternoons enjoyable. Responsibilities: -Pick up the kids from school (local school near home). -Transport them to and from after-school activities (sports, clubs, etc.). -Assist with homework or reading time, if needed. -Prepare a light snack after school. -Supervise and engage the kids in fun, age-appropriate activities at home (playtime, creative projects, outdoor activities, etc.). - Light tidying up related to the kids’ activities. Ideal Candidate: - Previous experience working with children (preferably elementary-aged). - Safe, reliable transportation and a clean driving record. - Comfortable with transporting kids to and from after-school activities (car provided, if needed). - Flexible, energetic, and responsible with excellent communication skills. - Ability to establish a positive and supportive relationship with kids. - Must be comfortable with occasional additional hours or schedule changes (we will give as much notice as possible).
