Hello! I’m looking for a reliable and experienced babysitter or nanny to help care for my three wonderful boys. I have 3-year-old twin boys and a 2-month-old baby. One of my twins is autistic, with a mild case, so I’m looking for someone patient, understanding, and experienced in working with children with special needs. Here’s what I’m hoping to find in a caregiver: • Reliability: Someone I can count on when I want to enjoy a day or night out. • Flexibility: The ability to assist with occasional babysitting needs or, if daycare isn’t available, care for my newborn during the day. • Patience and Special Needs Experience: Experience with special needs children is a huge plus, as my autistic son may require a little extra attention. • Loving and Nurturing Personality: Someone who will treat my children as their own and help them feel safe and loved. • Fun and Energetic Attitude: My boys are full of energy and joy, and I’d love for their caregiver to join in on the fun.
