About this babysitting job

I don't have kids - but I'm hosting an afternoon get-together for my girlfriends, all of whom have kids. I'd like to hire a grownup to keep an eye on all the kiddos in the backyard while the mom's are inside hanging out with me. I'm imagining something pretty low-key, I'll have the TV set up and crafts available, there will be food available. Most of the kids know eachother. I'm just looking for a grownup to help keep the littles out of trouble so moms can enjoy themselves.
