About this nanny job

Good evening. We're looking for the ideal fit for our two children and our schedule. The job is part-time based on availability. I'm a firefighter and their mom works in the hospital. What's needed is for them to be picked up from school and taken home and then being cared for until their mom gets off, which is usually about 4/5 hours later. The schedule does fluctuate because my schedule changes. The payment will sometimes be per hour and/or flat rate if it’s a weekend job, whatever we agree on. We had a sitter for a year but she changed her field/area of work so back to the drawing board. Definitely looking for consistency. If you're able to do this great! We look forward to hearing from you.
