We’re looking for full-time childcare starting around July (timing may vary slightly depending on delivery and recovery). I’m a Senior HR Manager and work from home (8am-5pm) in a dedicated home office, and the childcare provider will be caring for the baby during working hours. My husband is a Navy pilot with a schedule that usually aligns with mine, though there may occasionally be some variability due to operations.
