𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐲 𝐒𝐨𝐧 (𝟐/𝟐𝟎/𝟐𝟓 - 𝟑/𝟑/𝟐𝟓) I’m seeking a wonderful caregiver to provide 24/7 supervision for my 14-year-old son during the period of 2/20/25 to 3/3/25, with exceptions for school hours and his at-home therapy sessions. The role will be covered by two caregivers rotating to ensure proper rest for each. 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐦𝐲 𝐬𝐨𝐧: He is a sweet and gentle 14-year-old with autism and limited verbal communication, similar to a toddler. He enjoys sitting on the couch, watching his iPad or TV. If he needs something from the kitchen, he will guide you there by holding your hand. He also needs reminders before bedtime, such as "30 more minutes until bed" and "5 more minutes before brushing your teeth." We are looking for someone who has compassion, understands and respects him, and can be a friendly, supportive presence. The ideal caregiver will be someone who enjoys being with him, not just supervising, but truly engaging with him in a positive, friendly way. 𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬: Pre-requisite: We will conduct a couple of paid trial sessions before February 21st to ensure a good match. 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞: This role is open to more than one caregiver. If you feel you’re a good fit for part of this period, please reach out and specify which days/times you are available.
