Hey there! We're Ana and Nick, and we're on the hunt for a warm, loving, and energetic full-time nanny to join our family and help care for our adorable 3-month-old son, starting in February or March (we're flexible). We're looking for someone to work Monday through Thursday for 32 hours a week, with the option for extra hours on Fridays and the occasional date night. We both work from home (except when Nick travels), and we also have a sweet rescue dog, so we'd love someone who's comfortable with pets! Most importantly, we're looking for a nanny who will become a true extension of our family-someone who's kind, caring, respectful, honest, and full of empathy, especially as we navigate parenthood for the first time. The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work closely with our family to provide the best care for our son. We appreciate a nanny who is proactive and ready to step in when needed, but isn't afraid to ask questions if something is unclear. Here's what we need: Sticking to our baby's feeding and nap schedule. Swaddling, burping, changing, and engaging in fun activities like tummy time. Helping out with light household tasks during naps (like washing baby bottles, doing baby laundry, and taking care of diaper duty). Being an overall supportive and loving presence in our son's life.
