About this nanny job

I am looking for a very part-time summer nanny of two boys, aged 8 and 13. I am an RN at a local hospital and work a combination of day or evening shifts (either 7am-3:30pm or 3-11:30pm), so our ideal summer nanny would be flexible to changing hours each week. Hours might be any or all of these shifts, but most likely would be only 1-2 of these each week. Mondays 8:30-4 Wednesday 2:30-7:30 Friday 8:30-4 I get my work schedule 4 weeks at a time so you'd have plenty of notice for schedule. The hours are usually either 8/9am-4 p.m. or 2:15-7 p.m. ish occasionally on Wednesdays, Fridays, and every other Monday. So at most would be a three day work schedule, but some weeks might be only 1-2 days. I am open to setting a minimum of 12 hrs per week so you always expect payment for a minimum of 12 hours. Ideally the nanny would have a car and not mind taking kids to activities, the park, etc. I would reimburse for gas and would pay for any activities. But the car is negotiable. I will provide food for both the kids and the nanny is welcome to anything in my house as well. I’d appreciate kids being encouraged to do some chores if needed, like cleaning up after themselves, doing their laundry if need be, etc. given they are 8 and 13, they are very independent, but need reminding to do those things. We also have two friendly and sweet cats in the home and prefer no smokers. I'm open to someone who has kids of their own. The boys are very sweet, respectful towards others, funny, and enjoy doing activities even if it’s just painting/art ar the table, or walking to the park down the road to play basketball.
