About this nanny job

I am seeking a full time nanny in Harford county. I have two girls (1 & NB) that I need full time care for. This would include feeding them, changing diapers, putting them down for nap time, playing or entertaining the 1YO. I have 6 children total but the other 4 would need simple care on breaks (winter and spring break). I would also need housekeeping tasks done as well. Like folding laundry, washing dishes, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping, etc. I have a Goldendoodle so I would need someone who isn’t allergic to dogs.
