About this nanny job

We are a small family of three looking for a thurstworthy, patient and caring nanny for our 1 year and 9 months old. I work from home so we are looking for someone who can help me take care of him while I am busy. We need someone who has creative ideas to engage him without screen time. Some who plans activities like art crafts, story time, music, and activities according to development. schedule is M-F from 8.30 - 3 (it can vary some days of the month starting at 8 am) We also need help with some housekeeping which may include doing laundry, cleaning the kitchen, and vaccuming.
