About this nanny job

Hello, I'm seeking a sitter to come help my girlfriend out while she's home with the baby. She's a stay-at-home mom but also handles all the chores of the home. She hasn't had a break since the baby was born, the baby is now 13 months. The issue we're having with sitters are: low levels of affection/warmth to win the trust of our child, inexperienced sitters who need more guidance and really haven't worked with kids, inattentive sitters who don't interact with our child. My girlfriend just needs to be able to nap, hit the complex gym, and work around the house without the baby running to her for more affection and attention. Eventually we can graduate to a couple of hours without mommy.
