About this babysitting job

I am going back to work soon after transferring positions and can't get daycare set up yet, but I've been asked to be available the fourth week of February. *May need multiple days that week.* Looking for a trustworthy and gentle babysitter for my toddler. She can't fully walk on her own yet due to foot issues but is a very sweet and sensitive girl. Easy to watch, though changing her diaper is like wrangling an alligator.
