About this nanny job

Looking for somebody with experience watching more than one child, preferably toddlers. We have two young boys! Looking for somebody who is open & receptive/respectful of adapting to our parenting style and keeping that going even when we are not here. Need someone who is comfortable with pets because we have a dog. Looking for somebody probably 2 to 3 days a week ( I will be starting work in March and working Tuesday through Friday ) the days may very slightly week to week (like a biweekly schedule) as we do have some family & friends that can watch some days of the week. Responsibilities include breakfast, lunch and snack snacks, lots of playtime preferably outside and nap time. We have family that lives five minutes down the road able to help at most times if needed, and my husband works from home some days and comes home at lunch time often And would be able to lend a helping hand, especially at nap time.
