About this babysitting job

We are looking for a full time nanny (part-time to start). Hours - 8 AM to 5 PM. We have 2 children - 2 year old girl and 3 month old boy. There will also be an opportunity for a nanny share - 4 year old boy and infant aged girl. This would be expected around the fall/winter. Some duties include: • Supervise and engage with children in a safe and positive manner. • Plan and implement educational activities that promote learning and development. • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children. (As needed) • Maintain cleanliness in play areas, including tidying up after activities. • Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities. Some Qualifications include: • Proven experience in babysitting, nannying, or caregiving roles. • Bilingual Spanish or French is a strong plus. • Strong skills in educating and engaging children through play and structured activities. • Must have experience in working with children • CPR/First Aid • Experience working in daycare settings is a plus. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both children and parents. • A patient, caring demeanor with a genuine passion for child development. • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
