The ideal candidate is warm yet firm, highly communicative, and patient, with a love for teaching and guiding young children. What I’m Looking For: ✔️ Kind but Firm: A loving presence who can set healthy boundaries. ✔️ Excellent Communicator & Teacher: Able to engage, educate, and support Nuri’s development. ✔️ Patient & Fun: Someone who enjoys play, creativity, and making learning exciting. ✔️ Integrity & Trustworthiness: Someone I can rely on completely. ✔️ Energetically Aware: Tuned in to Nuri’s emotional and energetic needs. ✔️ Safe & Reliable Driver: Must have transportation and drive safely to Nuri’s activities. ✔️ Social Support: Helps Nuri build friendships and develop social skills. ✔️ Follows Lesson Plans & Directions Well: Can implement structured activities while also being self-motivated. ✔️ Professional & Respectful: Can advocate for themselves while maintaining a professional approach. ✔️ Schedule-Oriented: Helps Nuri follow a daily rhythm. ✔️ Daily Communication: Provides regular updates and photos about Nuri’s day. Responsibilities: 🔹 Transport Nuri safely to and from activities. 🔹 Support and encourage social interactions with other children. 🔹 Follow prepared lesson plans and engage in developmental activities. 🔹 Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and snacks. 🔹 Wash dishes and tidy up the kitchen and living areas. 🔹 Maintain Nuri’s room and assist with light household tasks.
