About this nanny job

Hello!! I am looking specifically for someone who is interested in a live in nanny position starting in June. I’m a single mom of a toddler. I have had a live in college student nanny for the past two years but she graduated in December and plans to move out of state in June. It has been amazing having her and having another adult living in the house so I’m hoping to find a similar position. I am a counselor and work mainly from home. I also have 2 dogs. I am looking for someone who can work 40 hours a week. I can be flexible with hours as long as we have a consistent schedule so I can book my clients. If someone is interested in doing live in and 25 hours a week I am also open to sending her to daycare 2 days a week but that’ll reduce salary of course. I’m hoping for someone who is willing to teach and play with my 2y/o, do light housework and enjoys cooking. If you cook for us, I’ll buy the food! I don’t like/don’t know how to cook. I’m hoping to find someone who can commit to 1 year or more with us. You will have your own room and bathroom. We live in a nice gated community and if you want I can clear out a spot in the garage for parking as well. This position will be paid through a payroll company so you’ll be considered a W2 employee. I will pay towards social security and disability/retirement by you being a W2 employee. I’m able to pay about $15/hr with rent utilities and some food included if you do 40 hrs/week or $16/hr if you do 27 hrs/week. Please let me know if you are interested in this live in position.
