🔥 Seeking Experienced Babysitter for Energetic & Curious 3.5-Year-Old (Green Hills, Nashville – April 9-May 7) Hi! I’m looking for a patient, experienced babysitter for my 3.5-year-old son while we’re in Nashville from April 9 to May 7. He’s a bright, fun, high-energy kid who needs someone who understands sensory-seeking behavior and can keep up with him in a gentle, structured, and playful way. This position is unique in that our family is in Nashville to support a loved one undergoing medical treatment. While the schedule is flexible, some shifts may need to align with set medical appointments (chemo, etc.), so reliability and communication are key. We’re also open to referrals if you know other experienced babysitters who may be a good fit! 📅 Schedule & Details: ⏰ Hours: Monday–Friday: 6-8 hours/day Saturday–Sunday: 3-4 hours/day (One weekend day off possible, depending on caregiving needs) Additional: 1-2 evening shifts the first weekend of May 📍 Location: Green Hills, Nashville 💰 Pay: $25/hr, based on experience ✨ Opportunity for extra hours if desired by both parties. 🔥 What I’m Looking For: ✔ Experience with sensory-seeking kids, ADHD, or high-energy toddlers ✔ Playful, warm, and patient (he’s not a sit-and-color kind of kid!) ✔ Comfortable handling transitions and helping with self-regulation ✔ Willing to take him outside for activities and engage in active play ✔ Reliable & communicative to accommodate medical scheduling needs ⭐ Bonus Points If You: ✔ Have experience with occupational therapy techniques, ABA, or special education ✔ Are CPR certified ✔ Have a calm but firm approach to setting boundaries If you think you’d be a good fit, please reach out with your experience, availability, and rate expectations!
