We are seeking a nurturing, patient, and experienced nanny to care for our two young children (18 months and 4 years old). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child care, experience with infants and toddlers, and familiarity with Montessori or Reggio Emilia learning styles. This role requires a warm, flexible, and soft-spoken individual who can provide a safe, engaging, and structured environment for our children. Key Responsibilities: Childcare Duties: Supervise and care for both children, ensuring their safety and well-being. Follow a consistent daily routine, including feeding, changing, and nap time. Engage in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and development. Meal Preparation & Feeding: Prepare healthy, child-friendly meals and snacks. Assist with feeding as needed and encourage independent eating skills. Personal Care & Hygiene: Change diapers and assist with potty training as needed. Dress children appropriately for activities and weather conditions. Nap & Bedtime Routine: Establish and follow a soothing nap routine to ensure proper rest. Help with winding down activities such as reading or calming exercises. Educational & Developmental Support: Implement Montessori or Reggio Emilia-inspired learning experiences. Encourage sensory play, creative activities, and outdoor exploration. Foster emotional development through gentle communication and guidance. Qualifications & Requirements: Infant CPR and First Aid Certification Degree in Early Childhood Studies Extensive experience caring for infants and toddlers (minimum 3-5 years) Strong understanding of child development milestones Knowledge of Montessori or Reggio Emilia learning philosophies Patient, kind, and soft-spoken demeanor Reliable, responsible, and flexible with scheduling Comfortable preparing simple, nutritious meals for children Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly rate based on experience Opportunity for additional hours if needed
