About this nanny job

Looking for a caring, responsible, and patient nanny to help with our curious 6-year-old and on-the-go 2-year-old while we balance homeschooling and building our businesses. While we have a routine each day, we have found no two days look the same and are looking for someone who is energized by the variety, able to go with the flow, and confident juggling a mix of childcare and household tasks. A typical day for us is Homeschool for our 6-year-old (1-2 hours while our 2-year-old gets to play), then lunch and outside for playtime, scavenger hunt walks, kitchen science experiments, baking, or arts and crafts while mom gets some work done. We spend one day a week in Sonoma at a family property with chickens and newts, swimming and spending time on the swings. Get ready to channel your inner camp counselor! By far what is most important to us is a good chemistry fit and someone who feels like they are apart of our team in raising these incredible tiny humans.
