$34 to $37/hour (payroll), rate depends on experience About the Family & Children: We are a bilingual, warm, and structured family seeking a nurturing and proactive nanny to primarily care for our infant son while also being mindful of our preschool-aged daughter when she’s home. We value a balanced environment that supports both children’s development. 👶 Infant Son (6 months old by start date) – A sweet and happy baby who thrives on routine. He is smiley, loving, and engaged, with a stubborn streak when he wants your full attention. He sleeps 7 PM - 7 AM and follows a 1.5-hour nap and feeding schedule with a 1.5-hour wake window right now. 🎨 Preschool-Aged Daughter (3.5 years old) – A curious, cunning, and creative child who speaks primarily Spanish and understands English. She loves arts and crafts, puzzles, and imaginative play. While cautious with physical activities, she enjoys being challenged outdoors if you show her first. She attends school 9 AM - 1 PM and naps in the afternoon at home or at Grandma’s house. We are looking for a nanny who will respect our routines while engaging the children in meaningful ways, ensuring a smooth sibling dynamic.
