Nanny Needed: Part-Time Care for Infant and Dog in Sweetwater Community (Austin / Lakeway Area), TX (Pedernales Summit Parkway, State Hwy 71, Austin, TX 78738) We're seeking a reliable and energetic nanny to join our family in the Sweetwater community, located in the Austin/Lakeway area, for a short-term engagement from April 2 to May 30, 2025. We're looking for someone who can fully utilize our community's amenities to enrich our 9-month-old son Nolan's and our German Shepherd Stevie's days! Schedule: - Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday - Ideally 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM CT (can potentially be flexible with hours to fit your schedule!) Primary Responsibilities: 1. Provide attentive care for Nolan, our 9-month-old son 2. Exercise Stevie, our loving German Shepherd, for 45 minutes daily 3. Utilize Sweetwater's amenities, including: - Resort-style pools and splash pad (for infant) - Hiking trails (for dog) - Playgrounds (for infant) 4. Assist with short errands 5. Take Nolan to nearby classes or community events (library story time, etc.) Qualifications: - Experience in infant care and dog handling - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - CPR and First Aid certification preferred - Background check required Ideal Candidate: - Energetic, self-starter, patient, and organized - Comfortable with an active household and community engagement - Able to engage in age-appropriate activities for our 9-month-old - Enthusiastic about outdoor activities and utilizing community amenities Compensation: depending on experience - $20-$23 per hour, with 16 guaranteed hours per week Community Highlights: You'll have access to: - Multiple pools, including a beach-entry pool (for infant) - Miles of hiking trails (for dog) - Clubhouse and pavilion for community events (for infant) How to Apply: Please submit your resume, references, and a brief introduction about yourself.
