About this nanny job

We’re looking for a warm, experienced nanny to care for our 6-month-old baby girl in our Queen Village home three days a week, starting in early April. Both parents work from home part of the week, so we’ll often be in the house but mostly tucked away in our offices. We're hoping to find someone who truly loves working with infants and brings a nurturing, thoughtful, and engaging approach to care. The schedule is three consistent weekdays (we're flexible on which ones), from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day. The role includes feeding, diaper changes, soothing, nap routines, and lots of interactive, developmentally appropriate play. We’re also hoping for someone who’s open to taking our daughter to local baby playgroups, music classes, or other neighborhood activities that support her growth and social development. Experience caring for infants is a must. A background in early childhood education, medicine, or a related field is a big plus. We’re looking for someone reliable, warm, and attentive, who can create a calm and loving environment. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred, or willingness to get certified. You must be comfortable with our large, energetic, and very friendly dog—he’s part of the family too! We’d love to find someone who feels like a true partner in our daughter’s care, someone who values open communication and takes pride in supporting a child’s early milestones with patience and joy.
