About this nanny job

Hi everyone! I’m looking for an experienced Full-Time Nanny / House Manager to support my family as I navigate life as a new mom and founder of a tech startup. My baby will be 6-8 weeks old when care begins, and I’m looking for someone experienced, nurturing, and proactive—someone who can truly help me buy back my time and be of supportt! I’m open to hiring one person for both roles or two separate individuals. Responsibilities: -Attentive care for our newborn (feeding, diapering, naps, early development, soothing) -Light baby-related cleaning (laundry, bottle washing, nursery tidying) -Creating a structured and nurturing environment for our little one -Meal prep and light cooking -Cleaning, laundry, and general home organization -Running errands (groceries) on occasion Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 7 PM Bonus if you have infant CPR certification, know Hindi or Spanish. Looking for someone with experience, strong references, and a proactive approach to making life easier.
